My 20 day old baby getting a lot of stratle or moro reflex while asleep on the bed and wakes up crying post that by stretching his body. No reflex if we hold him on the lap. We are trying to swaddle him and that seems to be helping a bit in increasing the sleep duration. Is this normal?

Hi Doctor's, I am seeing two issues with my 3.5 months old son, kindly suggest if below issues are concerning: 1. He is spitting milk 2-3 times a day, sometimes the amount is little large and this is happening even after 1 hr of feeding. 2. Sometimes his stool has a black spot, little gray/blackish stool (once in 2 days). He is mostly on aptamil gold stage 1.

My 9 month old is having fever from yesterday..as prescribed by doctor I gave her 3 dose of dolo 250 2.5ml..bt now as the temperature increased to 102.2 gave her Ibugesic 2.5 mL...after 8 hrs of gap should I continue with giving ibugesic even if de temp is below 102 or continue with dolo till fever reduces... Wt are de safe days for paracetamol to be given?? Thank you...

How safe Is paracetamol calpol to give to child id the fever is not down from past 1week, or should I continue if the fever id down by 7th day
