Child Health Issues

My pediatrician suggested to give cow milk alternatively with breast milk since her weight gain was not adequate. She seems to have no problems we have been giving undiluted cow milk since 3 weeks. I went to another paediatrician today due to her unavailability and he asked not to give cow milk. I am confused what to do- what is better- cow milk or formula?

My 10 years old non verbal autistic child Vit- b12 level is 277pg/ml and Vit D3 level is ng/ml , please suggest what to do?

I lost my 2.5 old month son on 18 april. He was suffering from major health issues ,he was completely normal 3 kg baby on mixed feed similac and mother feed. On 24 day he got diarrhoeal issue which led to dehydration. he got rehydrated but diarrhoea was persistent.we traveled to Hyderabad for better option. All relevant major test were carried on from every blood test and biopsy of stomach tissue even genetist test . Nothing came out. Thrombocytopenia and stomach distension reason remained unknown till date. I am in great pain with many doubts for life time. Can you just help me with one doubt? Doctors from you I just wanna know can a baby achieve all milestone of growth on formula feed? Then how to feed him bottle or spoon? In case mother's milk is not available just answer this question without any further questions

My daughter had a premature birth at 33+ gestational age. She was diagnosed with 6mm ASD on day 2. Now she is 20 days old. Will ASD close by itself? If so how much time it may take for closure? Any special care has to be taken?

Toddler 3yo is very adamant. She is not coming to sleep, crying after walking up. Can't console her when she cries, it goes non stop for 30mins atleast. Doesn't change dress, doesn't bath, doesn't play with other kids(only selected), doesn't talk to strangers, doesn't accept no for anything. All other development is good, she understands everything, speaks well to limited people, have clarity in her thoughts, Good memory power. Weight is normal 12kg, eats well. How to change this behaviour, also schooling is out of our imagination now. She doesn't even sit without parents or well known person.
