Dear Doctors, My wife gave birth to our newborn, We spent 4 days at hospital and baby spent 1.5 days at Nicu. doctors observed her for developing any seizures during this period bcoz baby didn't cry at time of birth. By god's grace no issues detected and they transferred baby to ward after 36 hours. Attached discharge summary Perinatal Asphyxia and Moderate neonatal encephalopathy was written. Is there any long term complications will occur? And any problem with baby development

Hello Doctor, My son is 5 months old, suddenly he sleeps only for 20-30 mins during daytime and evening ,he wakes up every time before pee then do not sleep, at night he also wakes up at every 1-1.5hours for the last 4-5 days, before he sleeps very well during day and night.Is their any problem?
