Child Health Issues

Hi doctor, I have a 3 year old son. My neighbour kid(5yr) is bitten by a stray dog( suspect rabies but not sure). They took him to nearby government hospital immediately and they took blood around the bitten area and kept him for 4 hours in the hospital to monitor him. Doctor gave him 8 injections including Tt and scheduled follow up injections for almost a month and he is taking it every week. Now my concern is my kid plays with him and sometimes they drink water from same bottle by sipping and share snacks too. Will any infection spread through saliva of the kid? Should I stop my kid from playing with him? If so, for how long?

I gave 1 ml of niko drops to my 45 days baby and her weight is 4.2 kg by mistake. Is it harmful for my baby?

My 2 months daughter has been having issues passing stool, sometimes it takes 48 hrs and somedays 72hrs but it's never regular . She keeps passing gas almost every hour and most of the time it's smelly.. we have been giving her coliza drop but I don't want coliza to be part of her daily dose. Please advise.

This 5th day which my son is getting fever dengue and malaria tests are negative and have done with fever profile it shows mild blood in urine worried about it even this is 5th day why fever isn't been reducing yet he eating not completely but definitely not less today he has taken bit less compare to last days he is having cold and cough when will this fever will reduce to him it stays between 100 to 101 actually today morning 4:30 am he got fever at that time gave paracip syrup and got reduced after that he didn't get fever so haven't given medicine and now he got 101 again why it's not going please help me TIA
