2.5 month old baby dark spot on nose
My 2.5 month baby has small dark spot on nose. After one month of delivery he has small pimple on nose after that it become dark spot. Now almost one month completed but the spot is not fade. Is it any birth mark?

Lot of structural and functional changes happen in infancy. Less likely it will persist. Even if it does may turn into a mole or something but looks completely benign

On the nose one pimple is there it is milia, normal thing.A dark spot also there looking like Mongolian spot (, though this is uncommon cite) , fades in 5-6 moths.Less possibility is nevus of Ota this is usually large unlike this image; benign condition only. Post inflammation also pigmentation will occur .More details needed……

Its can take shape of a mole further. But at this point of time its difficult to comment, its better to wait till 5-6 month of age. It can possibly faint eventually
