Hello. In a 1-month-old baby, noisy breathing is usually due to nasal blockage. Use saline drops before feeds and sleep, gently clear the nose, and keep the baby slightly head-elevated. If there is poor feeding, fast breathing, chest retractions, bluish lips, or fever, seek urgent care.
Next Steps
Since there is no improvement after 4 days, an in-person pediatric check is advised.
I totally understand your concern. Before suggesting treatment, I would like to ask a few questions to ensure the correct management can be provided.

Continue using saline drops followed by gentle suctioning. You can sit with your baby for steam for few minutes followed by suction.
If it continues with increased respiratory rate and with retractions in chest or difficulty in breathing kindly consult pediatrician immediately.

Continue using saline drops followed by gentle bulb suctioning before feedings and sleep. You can also use a cool-mist humidifier or sit with your baby in a steamy bathroom for 10–15 minutes to help loosen mucus. Keep her well-hydrated with frequent breastfeeding or formula. Seek immediate medical care if you notice nasal flaring, grunting, chest retractions (skin pulling in around ribs), or a bluish tint around the mouth.
