Skin tag near ear
My newborn baby has a small soft skin tag near the ear. It is soft, not painful.He is 25 day now.I want to remove it.Please advise me? What to do me?

Sin tags are normal only , previously it is mandatory to do Echo . and USG, now no need bcz of advanced antenatal scans.Image needed, Thick short tags may have sinus.Simply pic needed for advice.
