Hello
Your child is healthy overall, but her weight and height are on the lower side. We need to support her growth with proper nutrition.
Next Steps
Feeding advice: 3 meals + 2–3 snacks daily
Offer calorie-dense foods: ghee, cheese, curd, eggs, banana, potato, dal rice, khichdi, nut powders.
Add 1–2 tsp ghee or oil to each meal.
Give full-fat milk 300–400 ml/day (avoid excessive milk which reduces appetite).
Family foods mashed/soft → 3 varieties each meal.
Avoid distractions (mobile/TV) during feeding.
Deworming if not done in the last 6 months
Recheck weight in 4–6 weeks.
Look for catch-up growth (at least 400–500 g gain in a month).
