Child Health Issues

Hello Doctor! My son will be entering into fourth month by this month end...Issue is He has a slight development delay with mainly Speech ...we consulted for that Doctor strictly advised us for No Screen Time..and also strictly told us  some foods to avoid like no dairy related items wheat related items no junk no sugar and jaggery from the day advised ...we are struggling a lot with him to feed with out Screen and also we are not giving him curd which he likes as per advise.. doctor.told us to do atleast for six months...the problem is He is hardly eating but he is very fond of bananas at a time. he eats 3-4 he doesn't stop and shows very very very cried behaviours for bananas after having them he hardly takes food...it's becoming very traumatic for us to feed him and to avoid bananas but he s not at all listening can we leave him like what ever he likes let him eat like that but in breakfast he does not have problem he eats idly Dosa... please suggest remedies and also due Thank you

My daughter is 7 yrs old . Yesterday she fell down from bed height of 1 and half feet . Immediately she cried . Her back of head has lump and redness . Already 26 hrs over . No other symptoms . Hi doctor , my 3 years 7months old son having grade 3 adenoids and enlarged tonsils ... went to hospital after took xray doctor suggested surgery for remove tonsils .. my son weight is 12.2kg . present sysptoms snoring and mouth breathing sometimes.. last year frequently he gets fever cold til march .. last 4 months to present no fever and cold ... is surgery needed or should control with medicine? i uploaded full report

My baby is 17 months old. He is active and eats everything. He is not drinking water . He takes only 50ml . At night I gave him cow milk . He takes around 1 litre through the night. Last two days I gave him only 300ml milk and rest I gave him lukewarm water with little sugar. .While sleeping he take it . Is this okay or not ?

Hi doctor my baby boy is 4 month old,under his foreskin smegma is present bit more .foreskin is loose only,doctor advised to move back a little and clean under it with warm water otherwise she is mentioning like urine infections might occur if not clean.Can I do it please advice .

A  stray dog pounced on my kid . Light scratches . Got  rabies vaccination as per schedule on 0 ,3,7,14 days but the last dose instead of 28th day was given on 21st day because the doctor erroneously mentioned the date . And now we are 4 days past the 28th day. What should we do?
