My baby girl delivered at 38 weeks, her born weight was 2.7 kg after 22 days her weight is 3.3 kg , I'm having sufficient breast milk but she not drinking from my breast,I'm pumping and feeding her, now I'm trying with nipple shield and she is trying to drink from, is her weight gain is good or still need to be Takecare about her weight... Passing urine and motion everything is fine...

Since yesterday my son started passing loose stools with mucous, I've started zinc syrup, bacillus spores suspension, this morning he woke up with fever 102.4 so i gave him paracetamol 4ml, his stool was still watery after lunch so i took him to doctor but he also prescribed the same medicine, but fever was back after 5 hours again i gave him paracetamol again 4ml, looks like after the effects of paracetamol is gone his fever comes back, i gave him 5ml paracetamol now what should i do.
