My baby has some rashes on below areas like diaper area and leg side suggest me whats to do? I am worried

My son is 6 months old. Earlier he used to react to his name but for the last two to three days I have observed that he has stopped reacting to his name when being called. What should I do? Is this autism?

We have twin girls. They are 5 months 15 days now. One baby is head control by end of 4 months itself. But, other baby is not able to head control even now also. She is struggling during tummy time to lift her head. She is able to do for a minute stressfully and brings head down and tries after few seconds. Actually she did upside down or roll over in 4 th month 3-4 times on her own. After that she did not do again. Now she is trying, but not successful. We are trying tummy time only from last 30 days. I can see i some improvement from then to now. But, it is slow. We wanted to know if it will be a problem

Dear Doctor, My baby girl was born on October 11th, weighing 3 kg. However, her weight gain has been slow since the 2nd month. As of May 3rd, her weight was 5.7 kg, and now, at 9 months, her weight is 6.4 kg. Despite being playful and having adequate food and breakfast, we're concerned about her slow weight gain. We've consulted pediatricians, but haven't seen any improvement or identified the reason. Could you please suggest what we can do or which specialist we should consult for her slow weight gain?

My 2.5 months old baby boy had mild red spots on diaper 3-4 times last month. We had done urine report which shows bacteria present and RBC count as 5. Doctor has given antibiotics for 5 days and suggested for sonography. Is the sonography really required for small baby? Is there any side effect of sonography? Also doctor has given EUMOSONEM M for local penis application for redness. Can we use this cream. Please refer attached report and photo.

Hi, My newborn daughter got vaccinated in UAE for birth and 2nd month dose. Now her 4th month dose is due in August and we need to travel to India during that time. The vaccination due is, Hexavalent, PCV 13, Rotavirus (RV1/RV5). I want to know if the same vaccine is available in INDIA and If she can take it. And is it okay to take 4th month vaccination in India when 2nd month vaccination was taken in UAE ?

My son is 5 month old. He has good head control. He can hold his head up and move his head to any side but he still wobbles quite a lot. Is it normal? Also he can roll from back to tummy but he can't roll from tummy to back. He can hold his head up while tummy time. So is he ready for assisted sitting or do I need to wait until he can roll from tummy to back? How do I know if he is ready for assisted sitting?
