This is a behavioural issue. He is having temper tantrums which is normal for his age. Regarding nausea, maybe the child is just unwilling to taste certain things so he just tries to spit it out.
Next Steps
1. Don't give reactions while he throws tantrums, try to be neutral and take a paise for 5-10 mins. The child will learn to self soothe gradually.
2. Don't forcefully fees the child. Try giving meals to him as a family meal. Involve him in family breakfast, dinners. This is the way child learns to adapt to social meals and learns to enjoy meals better.
3. Avoid bottles at all times. Your child is older now. offer milk or liquids from cups or small glass.
4. Be patient with the child. There is nothing to worry
5. Don't give too much attention to the child. Don't agree to all his demands. He will throw tantrums for a while then he will gradually learn to soothe himself
