Stomach pain
My 6 year old daughter is having stomach pain in the middle area and after passing stool feeling relief from pain. The stool texture is normal. And after a few hours again saying to pass stool with mild pain in her stomach but the stool is not coming. This situation repeats in every few hours. What is the cause of this problem.

This can be due to tenesmus. You should consider a course of Metronidazole.
Next Steps
1. Stop fast food
2. Deworm the kid with BANDY(400mg) 1 tablet in the night ( only once)
3. stool routine and microscopy
4. Start Lanzol junior 15mg 1 tab before breakfast
4. Follow up with a pediatrician for further assessment

This is due to worms in stomach
So use Syrup Bandy 10ml only today night
Give Syrup Cyclopam 5ml thrice daily after food for 2 days for Stomach pain'
