My 18-month-old child had a stomach bug with vomiting 4 days ago, but the vomiting stopped after 1st day. Tonight, they began crying severely, twisting in bed, and trying to sleep upside down. But they do not have a fever.

Greetings
These symptoms are highly concerning for a medical emergency.
The child may have gastritis or intussusception where the intestine telescopes.
This condition frequently follows a recent viral stomach bug.
It causes episodes of severe pain, twisting, and crying.
Please take your toddler to an emergency room immediately.
Delaying evaluation can lead to dangerous bowel tissue damage if intussusception.

Ohh ..child has any loose stools ?it is looking like children has some stomach upset (acute gastritis ).give soft diet .avoid top milk. avoid non veg ,egg/junk food .may need to give symptomatic medications too . Can consult online for further management .
This could be due to abdominal cramps after a viral stomach infection, but severe, inconsolable crying in an 18-month-old should not be ignored. If the pain is recurrent, the child is drawing up the legs, vomiting again, has abdominal swelling, blood in stools, or is difficult to console, please take your child to the emergency department immediately to rule out conditions such as intussusception.
If the child settles, is feeding well, and has no further symptoms, arrange a pediatric review tomorrow.
