DROOLING ISSUE
Hello Dr,
I wanted to reach out with a concern regarding my 14-month-old son. He weighs 10 kg, is very active, playful, and eats a variety of foods without issue. However, I've noticed that he drools quite a bit, and sometimes his t-shirt gets wet due to the drooling.
He currently has about 7 teeth, and I believe another one is coming through. I understand that drooling can be common during teething, but I wanted to check if this is something I should be concerned about or if it's typical for his age.
Given his overall healthy behavior and development, I’m wondering if a visit to the doctor is necessary at this point or if there's anything else I should keep an eye on.
Thank you !

104 Fever and High CRP (40) from 10 days
My son is having high fever from last 10 days. Initially we thought it to be viral and used Meftalgesic-DS for the first 3 days.
Post that, we also added Cefoprox-100..
Even after 5 days no improvement and then we went for the tests(mainly typhidot and Dengue) and found CRP to be high. On 7th day we got the test done for Malaria and found it to be positive.
We started Larigo 250 and it didn't worked. Now on 10th day we got the test repeated and malaria didn't came positive.
Now, we have been prescribed with Lumerax 80/480.
Kid has already taken 1 dose and still the fever is 104.
Latest kid has started vomiting.
What should be done now?

5 weeks old baby
My baby is starting to cry while feeding and then crying continues for about 1 to 2 hours for the past 3 days. Feed for 20 to 30 secs then starting to cry vigorously, face turning red. Not feeding properly after that and then once slept she is sleeping for 4 hours. Sometimes more than 4 hours. And also she is not feeding well but passes out 10+ urine under 24 hr. This patterns happens at midnight and morning. She is sleeping through the afternoon, evening and early night.
Before 3 days there is no feeding issues and she will wake for every 3 hours and latch and sleep rest of the time.
