Night cough in 4 old
Hello sir / ma'am.. My daughter 4.5 yrs old  from past 1 month experiencing regular cough only at Night time after 10pm. Entire day she has no cough episode and is active and playful. This happenes only while sleeping. She has chronic cough on/off problem from past 2 yrs also.

Mostly it is allergic.You can give sy Allegra 5 ml twice a day for 10 days.

Hey. Significant night time coughing in kids could be a pointer towards childhood asthma. Would advise you to get your child examined by an offline Paediatrician so that medicines like Monteleukast and/or MDI (inhalers) can be started as per severity of symptoms.
