Baby having fever of 104
Today my baby had little fever of 100.4 and ibgave paracetamol 1ml his weight is 10kg .but he fever did not reduced and reached to 104 at 3:45 pm  so i gave him ibulgesic plus 4ml after 4 :10 pm which was 4  hours  15 mins after his first paracetamol dose ..his fever reduced afzer that..then after 7 hours  his feevr has risen to 100.2 so i gave ibulgesic plus around 3-4ml at 11:45 pm which is around 7.2 hours later ...I hope this is safe ?? I also took an online advice eaelier and i suggested 4 ml of ibulgesic for 1 year old kid with 10kg weight is safe dose..please confirm if it is ok..feeling scared

If fever more than 101 than give ibugesic .In less fever better to give paracetamol.
