10.5 months baby fever
Baby has fever since 4 days which range from 101 to 99 , has also cold and sneezing from 3 days, I am giving paracetamol and ibuprofen from 4 days the fever goes down and comes back every 6 to 8 hour( Baby is also sheeting) , please help this is concerning.

Viral infections may take time to resolve but if there hasn't been any change in fever spike intensity and duration, the baby should be evaluated physically to see if tests and antibiotics are required

This may be Bacterial infection....Get done blood test and consult pediatrician

Even after  giving paracetamol and ibuprofen if fever is still not reducing means it could be Bacterial infection Needs to do blood tests CBP, CRP
