Hi 101 degree F is considered high fever in children, keep monitoring your child's temperature and give him paracetamol as and when required ( Donot give more than 6 times in 24 hrs) .whenever the temp is 101 and above make sure to sponge his body thoroughly with water from head to toe. You need to wait for atleast 2 days, if fever persists then you need to visit your doctor for physical check up and lab tests if required.
