Baby fever since 7 days
My bby has fever since 7 days which us not coming down, he is 6 months 15 days old , he is under paediatrics treatment where he asked for blood test, i habe attached a report , and xray, he started antibiotic and other medicines ,i just want to ask from 7 days i am givung paracetamol to him and i dont know how further i have to give, does it will harm my baby , he us under 4 medicine ,fever is 100 to 101 , he does not wanted feed too

There are many causes of fever Cbc shows child is anemic and there can be superseded infection X ray is clear
Next Steps
for ruling out cause of prolonged fever u should do widal test and share exact prescription of treatment
