My 5 month old baby
5 month old baby smiles at seeing faces and smilies at mirror but track object occassionally and just touches object when placed just before her. At 4 month she rolled over on right side and  always looks at right side only whether she has any vision problem or neck related problem

Greetings At 5 months, a baby should consistently track moving objects, reach for items with both hands, and move their head smoothly in both directions. The preference for looking and rolling only to the right could indicate torticollis (a tightening of neck muscles) or potentially a vision issue that makes one side easier to see. Occasional tracking and limited reaching at this age are considered developmental red flags that require  pediatrician evaluation.
