Slight fever for 4 months old baby
My 4 month old baby body is becoming heat everyday evening and in the morning she is fine. Can I know why it is happening like that. Initially I gave paracetamol syrup based on paediatrician suggestion but it is happening everyday

Maintain hydration by giving feeding . Give p 100 drops - 0.5 ml 4 times a day
