My daughter is 5.10 years old. She was prescribed alex junior and solvin cold syrup for cold, cough and fever. I have given her this two medicines at 9.30 pm but her fever Didn't reduced. At 2.30 am now, can I give her ibujesic plus syrup.

Give solvin cold which has paracetomol. If Fver doesn’t subside give ibugesic plus .
