Child Health Issues

My 1 year old baby boy is having pale yellow coloured stool since 2 days. He is active, eating well, no change in diet. Urine output normal. Is it something to get worried??

My baby is 5 month 10 days old. I have checked his weight on 30th June , it was 7 kg & on 12th August I checked his weight it is 7.9 kg. Is weight gain normal according to age because in past weight gain was around 1200 gram per month. I feel that my milk supply is decreasing as baby asks for feeding just after 5 minutes of breastfeeding, sometimes he is hungry, takes breast milk & suck it for 5 minutes then starts to cry, again & again he repeats same & starts to scream at last. How can I increase milk supply?

My baby is 4 months 27 days old...she is playful and active... tomorrow she was waking up at night very frequently and she was full of sweating...at 12:30 am she has taken 120 ml formula but it's strange her diaper is full dry...it's for the first time...when I removed the diaper at 8 o clock in morning she peed on bed ...is it happened because of sweating?where 120 ml of formula went?even she breastfed also at 4 o clock in morning...she has not pooped yesterday..

My baby almost all the time she slaps her own ear,cheek (only right side of her face) .she is 12 months old and she reached every milestone,now she can walk,talk(2 letter word like pappa,mamma)and active too. Is there any problem that she is slapping her face frequently?

Hello doctor, My daughter age is 3.5year old. She has fever on 28th July morning and suddenly in afternoon her voice has changed like gala baitha hua ho. She is complaining for blocked nose. Now she has recovered from fever but still her voice is still same . I consulted with doctor and he mentioned in prescription that she is suffering from LTB. Kindly explain this and when she will be ok means her voice. Iam attaching doctor prescription for reference.
