Last Saturday my son got cold and cough with a high fever so doctor prescribed clavam for 5 days, soventus syrup for 5 days and p250 for 3days ..fever was gone but still having some cold and cough with a wheezing sound ..what shall I do wait for few more days for recovery or rush to doctor ...precautions to be taken in order to prevent pneumonia...please suggest 🙏

Due to lack of awareness my 2 year 2 months old baby watched screen more than human interaction until his 2nd birthday. He started showing autism symptoms after his first birthday, like respond to name was selective, but when i sing some rhyme or his favourite song, he immediately gives attention, no pointing, his other developmental milestones are always on point. Now his screen time is absolutely zero, his eye contact has improved, he has started going to play school from 1 week, but not much interested in other kids yet, he only babbles a lot but doesn't speak meaningful words at all. Does he need therapy or should i wait more. Our general paediatrician said i should not hurry. He has prescribed Pediawise DHA veg and iron supplement as we checked and he has iron deficiency. Plz help.
