Hello doctor...My daughter is 3 years 8 months old...her weight is 12 KG...She is suffering from fever, cough and mild runny nose from yesterday...I am giving her dolo 250 mg syrup  and Levolin 1mg  3 times a day...but her fever and cough is not subsided...can you suggest some medicine for her...?

My son 1.6yrs old, almost from 1.5 months suffering from cold, caugh, fever, loose motion, some time vommiting., diarrhea... It's randamly happening some time cold, caugh, some time other things... He was well before my daughter has cold, caugh, my son sleeping next to her.. He is 12kg, he is active... His blood 7.7.. I met famous 3-4doctors..(antibitic also given maxclev) 1 doctor told to blood transfusion.. But we don't want that as first preference. Others advised to give iron syrups.. Etc I searched google, found because of round warm, etc.. Caused to health issues like this. One doctor advised to give albendazale. Can I give him this in night? Inspite of caugh, cold, fever or let it stop.. Later can give it.. Please advise.. Why frequently this is happening to him.. We are doing nebulazation also.. Lot of caugh comes.. When he sleep also he gets disturbed... Please advise.. What shall I do.. I am fed up with medicines giving him everyday... Please help

Can any one suggest me the dosage of Levozet M for 3.5 yrs old, wt. 12.5 having common cold symptoms.

My baby is 11 months old... Hvng low grade fever from almost 20 days..then fever went to 101 102...dr gave antibiotics... Now after antibiotic course still low grade fever is there...99...99.2...99.5 Dr asked fr her cbc test...test reports are attacched here... In results it is written reactive lymphocytes is seen...what does reactive lymphocytes mean.... they have also mentioned normal blood film but I can see two components in wbc are not in biological reference range... Neutrophil % is 17 which is below 30 Lymphocytes % is 75.6 which is above 70.. Does it mean infection or normal blood film... Please help me... Plus I want to add here my baby was on antibiotic course(cefpodoxime proxetil) which she completed on tuesday evening and I did cbc today...

Hello i want to ask that how much ml of should I give to baby he is 2 months old and his weight is 3kg. He was delivered early . I usually give him 60ml water with 2 scoops of similac advance in two hour .but he demands more but when I give him more he spills it . I am confused that how much ml of milk should I give to him ...please tell...

My daughter is 8 months old..she had her 1st influence flue shot vaccine on July15th 2023 and 2nd flu shot doctor suggested to take on August 16th 2023. But somehow, due to some other personal reasons, we missed it..we are planning to take 2nd shot in next 2-3 days..Will there be any issues if we delay ..I know we are late already 15 days late ..pls suggest and guide..Rest all vaccines are on time..we have never missed it..
