Fell from bed 8 months baby , got very large bump swelled on forehead and eye side , please suggest medicine so that bump ho away fastly as we have to go somewhere , please help

Hello Doctor My son age 7 years Running,  weight 22.5kg. Fever up and down range 6-8 hours. Giving novamax 5ml twice and cetrizin 5 ml twice  Plz suggest. What else can we do?

My baby is 2m 15days old. His weight is more than 4.2 kgs. He is doing different texture potty everytime since last 2days. Doing poop after every feeding . Passing stool 10-12times a day. He is on fm and bm. He is not crying, pass proper urine more than 7-8times a day. Is this a cause of concern?? As I have to travel in next 4days. Please provide remedy.

My baby is 6 months old now. I have started giving him weaning food like boiled apples and sweet potatoes. Today I made a puree of moong dal and potato. But he refused it after taking 4-5 spoons. I have not added sugar or salt as it is strictly instructed by my paediatrician not to add these. What should i add so that he can have this full. Any natural sweet veggies or fruits?? Please suggest

My baby age is 3 months 21 days...she is very active... smiles at every one, following object moving around her, giving reply with aaa,oo sounds...but still her head is not steady...I have to keep my hand behind her neck..but carrying on shoulder she keep her head upright and looks around but have to give support with hand on her back..I am giving her tummy time...she lifts her head above to look objects but her legs also came up in the air like swimming and she gets irritated..is there anything wrong with her development?by what time I can expect her head control without support?

Hi.. My sister daughter is 3.5 months old and she has a indent in the back of her head which makes us to worry. Is this normal or we need to worry about the same. Thanks

My daughter is 18 months old... Since yesterday evening around 4:30 she started vomiting... she vomited and then with in 15-20mins of interval she was vomiting... I gave her ondem 2.5ml but still she vomited after 15-20mins... Even water was not digested...!! She became dull so we took her to emergency care, where they gave her the injection... she became active and we kept her in observation for 1 n half hour... gave water and my feed after half an hour of injection... She didn't Vomit... we bought her back home... She slept... Still sleeping by the time if you are reading... What should I do now ? How she will react after getting up ? Will she vomit or it should subside ?

Ho Doctors, My son is 2.4 year old and having fever above 101 from last night. I have give him Sinarest syrup but fever is not coming down. Can I give him meftap p or mefrut 100 syrup? For cough i am giving ascoril ls but as soons as ascoril ls is given he omits. Please suggest for fever n cough.

My daughter is 6 years old. Weight 23 kg. She has been complaining of nausea for the last couple of days on and off. No vomiting. There's always gas after she feels nausea. This morning she had nausea as soon as she woke up, had gas. She said mild tummy pain for about 5 minutes. She eats only home cooked food. She's lactose intolerant so doesn't have dairy at all. She said she felt better after sometime. Her poop had been normal. 3 days back it was a lighter yellow but was back to normal yest and day before. She also has a bit of cold and very lil phlegm between her nose and throat. I'm not sure if the nausea is due to the phlegm or stomach issue. She coughs once or twice a day and has no sneezing. I have not given her any meds yet. Her regular meds are allegra nasal spray once a day,  seroflow in the night.  For the may few months duev to adenoids enlargement. Pl advise if I should wait and watch, what the reason could be. I would be grateful. Thank you.
