Hello, my baby is 15 days old, he was given given syrup mcalvit 2.5 ml bd since birth, so should i continue it further or stop now?

Hi, my 28 days old son is having runny nose and congestion since night. I used nasal drops of saline drops 2 3 three times till now. He feels better when drops will be used and I use nasal aspirator before every put him on sleep after every feeding. He is showing very minor coughing now without any symptoms of fever or loss of appetite. So shall we continue with using nasal drops and wait??

Daughter is 2.7 year and she had preauricular sinus infection and ENT  doctor prescribed Moxclav 457 . She has some insect bite - Pediatrician prescribed Augmentin DDS antibiotic,both are to be given  morning and night ,can we give both antibiotics with gap of 20 minutes

My son is 2 months old. He spits out and sometimes vomits out a lot of milk, which may happen anytime, just after feed or an hour later. His doc says that he throws up when he has done over feeding and strictly recommends 2 hour gap between feeds. My question is that if he has thrown up a lot of milk and is crying loud, may I offer him milk before 2 hours considering his stomach might have become empty after the vomit?

My baby is 3 months old. She is having cold and cough from yesterday. I'm using maxtra drops from yesterday but there is no improvement. Please suggest some solution.

My daughter had fever few days back...then my doc asked for few test nd her reports are like this is it normal nd she is under weight 2 years old nd 8.8 kg nd otherwise an active child

Having fever of 104 from today afternoon ,not reducing fever after using of fepinol and meftal syrup also. But she doesn't have other other symptoms. What medicine we can use for reduce fever. Please suggest

My baby is 11 months 20 days old... She is not crawling... She does backward crawling...i mean she is pushing herslf backwrd not frward... If on bed...she crawls backward and lands perfectly on floor... And on bed she cruises from one corner to another... She also pushes up herslf on chair or on bed and starts walking by its support... While on tummy time she rotates in every direction...which so ever direction I put toy... She tries to.crawl in forward direction but is not able to...though she puts force on hands... Raise her head and chest...but is not able to remain on knees and ends up in crying...what to do...I am so.much worried. ... Do I need consult doc...
