Hello doctor Can we give lemon juice on breast milk for 5 months 14 days old baby because he is suffering from loose stools

My baby girl is 4mnths old. Form last 2days she is facing issue with motions. For day she's passing stool nearly 7times.once I gave brestmilk immediately she is passing stool.. Can you please suggest something to cure this and can I use lactic acid bacillus syrup for this.

My son is 22 months old he was scratching legs in night. Daytime hell be okay. Day before yesterday also he was scratching so we ignored. But today morning we are seeing swelling in his left feet. I can see something black in his second toe. Should i go to doctor?? Photos attached What treatment will be done??

Hello sir my baby was born on March 6 2023, after 2 days baby thyroid test was done at hospital T4 is 1.82 ng/dl and TSH is 2.93 mIU/ml is it normal... ??? Doctors at the hospital discharged the baby immediately... After 2 days no medication was given except vitamin d3 drops...

Baby is 13 month old...He is active and playful..he can walk now without support.. achieving all milestone...his height and head circumference is normal..but weight is 8.500 kg ..his birth weight was 3 kg...his hb level is little bit low that is 10.8...now continuing iron and multi vitamin... His other reports like return count..hpcl..g6pd..lft...all are normal...he is eating everything... should I worried about his weight???
