My 1 year old has prickly heat on his forehead and body. I put Johnson powder but it does not work. What should I apply like powder on my child's head and body?

My son is 2 years 10 months old. He had vomiting on 9th of june( at night, 3 times), puked that he had for dinner(daal, chapatti, milk). Next day, he was fine. Played all day as usual. But today, he is only sleeping and waking up only to pee and have some fruits, water, food. I am worried now. Please suggest what to do? He seems to be fine, just his unusual sleep is my concern.
