My 3 year old having caugh from 3 days and from ystday his eyes are swallon little and little redness and today he has temperature also what to do.3  weeks back he had conjunctivitis also he is recovered and now why this happned and what syrup should i give to him

My baby is one year old. He is 9 kg's. He has cough . Can we give him Brozeet LS drops? What is the correct dose? When he was 6 months old 8 drops were prescribed.

8 years old is having fever since 3 days giving paracetamol drops and antibiotic drops one Time fever will be normal nd again temp raises to 102 degrees. Again went for hospital they told maybe some infection and said to continue those medicines but of no use same fever is coming again .what is the reason ?no cough nd cold also .how many days it will take to recover ?
