My babygirl  4.4 yrs , 14kg. Aug 9 morng she started cough.  Eveng saw a paed.gave pecef 100 (3.5 ml twiceday) 5 days, Xpect-pd syp(3.5ml thriceday)  5 days,Ambrodil-XP (5ml twiceday)  5 days, Nebs Levolin+Budecort1mg (1.2ml+1.2ml) evry 6 hrs for 2 days.Cough got bad. On 11th aug,dr added Relent syp for sneezing, runnynose, 3.5ml twiceday 5days, stopped Ambrodil-XP, stopped Levolin and  added Duolin+Budecort 1mg (1.2ml+1.2ml) for 3 days.  The cough got severe in night.On 12th morng revisited again. stopped Pecef, added Clamp kid forte 3.5 ml twice 10 days , syrup omnacortil forte3.5 ml twice for 5 days, Neb Adrenaline, Xpectpd syrup based on Chest Xray where he said there is mild small pneumonia. Took second opinion with another  doc who told no pneumonia is there but only chest infection. Gave different medicine claribid 125mg/ 5ml for 6 days, Nebs Levolin and budecort 0.5mg 1-0-1 for a week, Laveta M syrup for 2 week 5ml before dinner. whose treatment should I follow ? I'm confused.

Kindly help me or suggest what should I do, my baby is 26 days old and suffering fromJaundice. Yesterday we checked jaundice and total bilirubin is 10.62, direct is 0.74 and indirect is 9.88. Doctor ask us to do some blood test we did cbc and ggt test and ggt count is 179 and in cbc the haemoglobin is 11.1 and absolute neutrophils is 2979 and eosinophils is 7.1. Ths is normal no tyroid, is my baby alright?? What type of jaundice it is, befor delivery my bile acid was high 21.8 due to that delivery done on 36 weeks 2 days and baby weight was 2.8 kg. GGT count is 179

My baby is 2 years old.we r going to do ear piercing in a  traditional way with gold. Can u suggest numb cream and how many times we should apply before piercing .

My baby is doing green potty for past 2 days . She generally formula milk and little bit of breast milk as my breast milk supply is less. Today potty was more of green than yellow

How will i distunguish between normal healthy spit up made my two month old and one which is not like vomit. My baby after breast feeding spits up often sometimws heavy sometimes light, but after spit up he is calm and in playful mood, sometimes when he is unable to burp or spit he cries, but after that he is happy. His weight gain and urination is normal mainly on breast feeding but takes formula at times. So how will i know the spit up is normal, sometime sit is curd like he spits twice or thrice afteer feed and sometimes the milk, is this overfeeding or gas?

Not gone toilet from last 7 days. Last Sunday gone for toilet normally. Wednesday he got fever. Thursday we consulted to pediatrician for fever cold and cough. Doctor given the Dolo 250 and Alex syrup. Now he is recovering but not gone for toilet. Please suggest on this issue. Thank you.

Hi doctor, My daughter's is having cough( not continuously, mostly in the morning and late evening) since 2 weeks. She was given medications. Now, Doctor mentioned it as WARI and has advised to nebuliser using Duolin Respulse and Budecort. Should both of the medicine mixed and provided through nebuliser Or Should they be administered seperately one after the other? If yes, should there be time gap between both. Thank you

Is it ok to stop breastfeeding after first six months ? Or breastfeeding should be given to ababy for two years ?
