My 2.6 yr son if suffering from cough his weight is around 12 kg my pediatrics has suggested him 5 monthrice daily for 5 days is the dose is correct according to his age pls reply

Hello, my daughter is 2 years old and she has around 7-8 cafe au lait spots out of which one is bigger than 5mm and rest are small One spot seems clear and typical rest all have jagged edges and some are very faint and seem atypical. All her milestones were on time no delay Her weight height are always on average percentile how ever HC ratio was alwas on below average percentile Because of my anxiety i got her tested for NF1 gene (blood) which came back negative but i dont understand reason of so many spots. 2 of her aunt also have 4-5 big cal spots no NF1 What could be reason? After my baby who is 3 weeks plus old now is done with feeding a curd like thing comes from his mouth, sometimes once after feeding sometimes twice, he is made to burp after feeding at Times he doesn't but does later on. Why this curd comes out? Is this normal? Or he is not getting enough milk after feed or getting excess? Please tell the reason

Hi doctor my baby is 3 months old ,she is a preterm baby and she weighs around 4 kg at 3 month she was gaining fast at early but at 3 month the gaining is not happening it is slow now she is only 4 kg , breast feeding is done in regular intervals.
