Child Health Issues

Hi. 3 year old female. Fever since ten days. Under pacimol and one course of azythral done. Low grade fever continuing every 8 hours. Recent blood work shows typhoid. O - 1:180 and H - 1:80. Baby active good appetite and no issues except the fever coming back every 8 to 10 hours. Temp around 100. Paediatrician says clinical examination of baby being active and blood report doesn't match so not ready to start antibiotic now as already one course done. Asking us to wait for couple of more days with pacimol and note temperature readings every 6 hours. Are we on right track? My kid has got one dose of vaccination for typhoid 9 months back. If she having mild attack of typhoid as pediatrician is expecting very high fever as per blood report but she has very less fever and no stomach pain etc. please advise. We are hoping not to miss any other Params. Reports attached Dengue negative Crp elevated Platelets elevated Urine routing bacteria present

Hi Doctors As Dengue infection cases are increasing in Karnataka, I wanted to know if Dengue is dangerous in kids and also how long it takes for the symptoms to appear after being bitten by the mosquito? Thank you!

Hi my baby is 7 days old, caught cold, doctor prescribed t-minik 5 drops, I accidentally have 5 drops, when checked on google it is only 0.25ml, where as I believe I have given more than that is it safe for my baby please please reply I am very worried

My baby is 3 years and 6 months and she is having loose motion for 3 times since morning as she ate corn yesterday and she vomitted also on the morning. So what medicine should I give now. And what food should I give her. Please advise

My son, 2.5 month old has indigestion issues, he has  gas and throws up milk a lot.He has so much milk reflux that he is not able to sleep properly.He is on breastfeed with one or two times formula feed at night. His paediatrician recommended low lactose formula, but that did not help. Now he has asked to completely stop breastmilk and give lactose free, soy based formula only for 3 days to see the effect on gas and whether my son is lactose intolerant. My question is wht effect is it going to cause on my supply of breastmilk now that I will not feed him my milk for 3 days and wht can I do abt it?

My baby is 5 month old, she has achieved all her milestone but still she is not turning over . I m quiet worried about it . She holds her neck properly She is active baby , she grabs , coos ,  giggles, hold her neck , recognize people, sucks  hand and also leg fingers. We give her tummy time where she stay 3 mins without any hesitation But only problem is  she does not turn over ... Please help

My 5 month old baby doesnt poop regurlarly since last month .. before that she used to poop regurlarly every day .. since last   month she is constipated and  not able to poop by herself .. she cries in distress ..  also tried massage and cycle exercise ...we gave her respository  for time being but thing continued .. our pediac gave colax syrup .. after taking syrup she poops .. but once we stop she doesnt . I dont want her to be depended on  syrup . She is  active and exclusively breastfeed baby

Hi everyone, My new born is 6 days old, his blood group is O Positive, have bilirubin levels-11.3, my blood group is also O positive, my baby is very red since he is born, please let me know should I worry about it?, he also sleeps a lot, his sugar was monitored which while birth which was normal since he was a big baby 4.2 kgs , feeding he doesn't latch properly but drink's properly from the bottle when milk is extracted from pump, he passing stools properly till now yellow in Color, is there anything to worry because of his redness please let me know, our paediatric didn't say anything about it, just my concern so asking here.

Can I give p250 after 4 hours interval to child to manage ear pain? Can only consult physically tomorrow as doctors are not available today.
