Child Health Issues

Today my son of 6.5 months old start doing greenish Brown poop. He has started with below new drops OH-D3 Plus R.B.Tone Will cause such change in poop colour?

My daughter is 5.5years old...she is Suffering from cough since near about two weeks...it started with dry cough... doctor prescribed Alex ls and laveta m .. previously I just gave alex ls...I found that after taking Alex ls she is not having dry cough anymore...seems like her throat and chest has full of phlegum..but she has difficulty in coughing out the phlegum...with doctors advice I started augmentin DDS and laveta m now..but two doses already I gave of antibiotic..but her cough becoming tight don't know why..I am very much worried for my child...should I wait until antibiotic doses finish....or any medicine should I give...pls suggest what to do...

My daughter is 10 month old and she is trying to stand now, she holds and sofa and stuffs and trying to stand but now and then she keeps banging her head during standing, what can we do, we tried to give her the monkey cap but she hates it ,

Three day back My 2yr old boy fall on back side head and after that he had little swelling on his feet. Now he have fever.. We shown to pediatrics and ortho both they said he is fine. Buy today he have fever 99 is any thing serious. Is. His head got injured or anything got bad

My baby girl 9 months old and she always falls from cot in a fraction of second and almost 6th time she fell today and she fell from sofa while playing and she cries and becomes normal and no one is there to take care of baby and does it cause any harm for her in future and she does nt hav any injury and she had mild redness in head and disappeared in few seconds. Every time I see through very careful but by the time I blink my eyes she I'll fall .

My 2 sons mostly having fever, i give them paracetemol syrup and it becomes normal in 1 or 2 days, but fever i noticed they get it almost once or twice in a month.. what can be issue
