My baby fell down from the cot two hours before. Now she seems to be alright. Should I consult a doctor

My 3yrs old has severe throat pain. Doctor said it is tonsillitis and gave her amoxyclav antibiotic with syp omnacortil and paracetamol. Still no improvement 😕 pls suggest something than can give quick relief . I'm giving her honey Pls pls help 🙏

My son is under medication for vsd. Furosemide, digoxin, simyl mct oil. Today he have motions, doctor gave biotex injections. Can biotex is given if baby is taking furosemide? Is that combination safe? My son taken one dose of biotex already

My daughter is 10 months old. She is affected by a frequent fever. She caught fever three times in a month. Before this, she didn't have a fever. This is only happening in the 10th month of her life. Kindly advise me. She is underweight now; she only gained 6 kg. But her birth weight is 3.4kg. So she is under medicine cypon.

My baby is 9 month old she is bit warm today temp around 97.8, runny nose and she vomited 2 times white liquid and vomited the banana as well which I gave her in the morning, might be due to  mucus accumulation. I gave her 0.5 ml paracetamol. I give her homemade food 5-6 spoons 3 times a day and breastfeed her, no formula or animal milk What should I do? I was also detected with conjunctivitis in the morning but baby doesn't have any such symptoms in the eye
