  4. Fever since 1day. Me another medication.

My son suffering with fever,no cough and cold, temperature is yesterday 99.7, but today 101.mild chills is present.i used pcm only, please suggest me another medication.thank you

Ors and paracetamol only. Majority times it is viral only. So both medicines are enough.
