Child Health Issues

My son is having high fever and cold. I gave him Calpol at night. He took his meal and he slept for sometime and got up when fever was back.Can I give him Calpol in empty stomach now as he his not willing to eat anything and fever is back.

Hi, my son is 3 yr old. today morning somehow he got wounds in his private area. its look like skin is peeled off (like when we fell down). little bleeding and its stopped immediately. i can see white skin in peeled areas now, after few hours, small pus in white-ish color came (just little drop). there is pain while he urinate, he doesn't cry. active only. no fever so far. we use diaper at night time only. should we concerned about it?! it doesn't look like infection, but not sure

My 9 months old baby fell from bed and done vomiting and get unconscious. After some time sleep she woke up and behave like normally, there is no injury on body and on head. Is it ok for baby or I have to consult doctor. She behaving normally like eating, pooping, playing etc.,

Hello doctor my son is 3months completed now.his birth weight is 3.5kg.present birth weight is 6.6kg. sometimes when he is sleeping and normal time one of his leg shake fraction of seconds. Our pediatrician said its normal no need to worry. When i googled it it shows jitterness its normal doctor apart from this my son healthy and active only leg shake pls try to understand my situation. Every one in my family shout at me.when i worried but iam so depressing and cried alone. Pls rply me doctor 🙏
