My 1.9 years kid accidentally drank mulmin drops half bottle (full bottle 15 ml).it is almost 1 day .please help.

My daughter fell from the bed. She is one and a half months old. I didn't notice any external injuries. How should I identify internal injuries?

I have a dog at home. Does it create any allergy to my baby? He stays in a different room.Still it is harmful?

Hi sir/Madam, My son is 3 years old nd weighs 11.3 kg. He has been having a cold and cough for the past 5 days. His cough and runny nose have reduced, but his nose is blocked. We are using nasal drops like Nasivion, nasoclear along with steam inhalation and nebulization. But nothing is clearing the mucus. It is becoming difficult for him to sleep as he needs to breathe from his mouth. He's not sneezing. Please suggest or guide us on how we can help him clear the nose block. For cough, we are giving omnacortil, and for runny nose, we are giving Allegra. Will be very thankful for your help

Baby is 2.5 months old and is very thin. Her weight is 4.17 but she is not chubby or fat. Everyone says that she is not healthy and too thin. She is conplwtely on formula milk lactogen. Pls suggest what should I do. Breastmilk is like water and is very less.therefore giving formula milk

When I read the box of colimex, it said that it is for 6 months plus babies. Kindly tell me if it is right to continue with colimex or it should be avoided
