My 3 months old son has sacral pit at back, can we make him to play in water, water won't go inside that hole? Will that get larger by age

My son is having tonsillitis and it's been more than a month. Now he is getting a fever and cannot open his mouth properly.. He is also vomiting everything he is eating due to this as he cant eat anything properly... We spoke to doctor and he gave some medicine but of no use. I am attaching the photo of tonsils and medicine prescribed. Please advise any medicine which can cure this as he is in pain. Recommend any test if that needs to be done

My child 3 year old got fever on 3rd July with loose motion. Doc prescribed us medicine and his fever got down in 2-3 days. Then he got loose motion. Again enterogemina and ofloxacin brought him to normal. After 2 days he had 3 motions in a day and again doc prescribed us same medicine of higher dose, now he is having 1 motion in a day half solid half liquid. Should I be worried. What should I do?

Hi my son was born on 13th June 23, his blood test show low platelet count(47k) so he was treated with ivig as the doctors predicted there might be some antibodies after the first dose it increased to 60k then again decreased In a week, so we did another dose of ivig again same thing happened count raised to 81k and again reduced, again we took a third dose after a week now no test for antibodies were taken after we asked the hsptl many times they took the report and antibodies came negative we asked a hematologist he said there seems to be no issue in blood getting created otherwise there might be a drop in blood count too now they ask us to wait for 4 more weeks, what to do now should I take him to some other hsptls is there any other tests which we can take to tell us why the count is not increasing

My 7yr old  son had fever 6days back.it lasted fot 2 days.then he had pain in legs that was fine after 1 day.now today on 6th day he has developed rashes in hands palms,feet and face also.other wise he is active.pls tell me what can it be? Is it serious?
