My wife having igm positive and she is feeding my 7 months baby today in test my baby got ns1 positive. What is the difference in both and how to cure baby

My son ( age- 2 months) haven't done potty from last 8 days. His feeding is totally depend upon mother milk. From birth itself his potty is always delayed by 2-3 days. Kindly help me regarding this.

Delivered my baby  girl vaginally on 23 rd aug with birth weight of 2.2 kg...within a week she lost 200 grms...  Becoz of underweight dr asked me to feed her for every hour.  She is always sleeping...so difficult to wake her up...took half an he to an hr to wake her up... My baby girl (10 months) has a stomach upset very frequently. Doc prescribed her probiotics which I gave her but it is coming back after a few days. Sometimes she feels pain sometimes no pain. Is this a problem with her digestion. Can I introduce anything in her diet which helps her better digestion.

Hi doctor pls urgent message since the fever after using p100 didn't for 2 days it's like coming and wen I use syrup it is going down and coming. So our pediatrics doctor suggested Oflavin 3 ml twice daily and ebastine tablet half twice daily . After using for one day the fever dropped but from early morning motions started for baby and stomach pain also started. She is screaming sometimes suddenly in the day uncontrollable I don't know what happened will those tablet and antibiotic syrup given cause this pain and motions . Pls explain yy my baby had only formula milk
