Vomiting and abdominal pain

Asked for Female, 32 Years

My daughter is 2 years 9 months old and since evening she is having stomach pain followed by vomiting. I gave her ondem syrup and then she had plane rice. After that twice she complained of pain in abdomen. What should I give for pain relief? Thank you in advance.

You could give calpol/Crocin for pain. If causing distress may need physical examination and anti apasmodic medicine. If diarrhoea develops, cramps are likely the intestinal peristaltic movement
