Toung tip red in 4 month old
Hello Doctors,
My baby's toung tip was red last week next day it was ok, today it's become red again.. previously it was pink now it's very dark.. her age is 4 month. please suggest what to do?

If blackish type dark, then can be due to iron drops if going on.
