Tongue redness
My 5 months old baby's tongue tip is red..should I be concerned? Could it be due to teething? I don't see any other abrasions or ulcer like development..it is just red

Red tongue is children is often the first sign of viral throat infection. It can be also due to allergies but it's rare in children less than 1 year.
Next Steps
you can watch for the following symptoms- fever, cough, cold, vomiting, runny nose, rash on body or not taking feeds properly
