Tiny red spot on tongue edges
My baby is 7 month old From yesterday night small red spots are appearing on her tongue edge . What could be reason ? As per 3rd day rule we have given sweet potato for first time to her will that cause any issue?

looks like sore tongue although clear pic would have helped more .
cause - irritant ,?allergy ?hot injury

Picture is not clear. Sweet potatoes would cause allergy. Kid have the habit of putting everything in the mouth, so it must have licked something to cause allergy.
