Tongue out
My baby is 45 days old,sticking her tongue out and smacking lips after feeding when she is awake and playing. is it normal behavior of her. Or she is still hungry after feeding

Babies are born with a strong reflex the tongue thrust reflex..in which babies stick their tongues out to prevent themselves from choking and to help latch on to the nipple.

It’s very much normal. If baby is keeping tongue continuously outside just do thyroid test Ultra TSH

If the baby is sucking well,gaining weight normally and passing urine 6-8 times daily and active then it’s absolutely normal thing

It’s normal. But if she is doing it most of the time then get a TSH test.
