Constipation problem
My baby is of 2.8 years weight around 11.7 kg from last month he has started to eat rice and vegetables before that we used to crushed the cooked rice in grinder and given him with sugar and water now from last one month he is on solid food..but we have noticed that now his poop is very hard he used to cry before popping, we are giving him water with fibrous vegetables but he is not popping as per doctor recommended given him empty syrup and peg clear ,the poop was hard even after that now from last two days he is not popping, his tummy is soft he is playing but from last two days not popping what to do.

Avoid bakery, non veg and dairy food items. Give 1 to 1.5 litres of water in a day. Need another syrup for constipation.
