Weight gain 2.8 kg and at birth 2.7 kg
Hi my baby born on 7 September 2017 with 2.7 kg weight. She is totally breastfed. Now she is one month her body weight is 2.8 kg.is this any serious issues. She is active and toilet and motion is good. I am worried any health problem to my child

Almost no weight gain in more than a month is definitely a serious issue. Should have put in about a kg by now. Requires a good clinical and feed assessment . Consult a pediatrician.
