Child Health Issues

My 16 month old child started having 102F fever last night. In the morning and afternoon it was 101F. Gave him 5ml of Calpol 120 in the afternoon but fever is not subsiding. Keeping a cold towel on his forehead from time to time. Checked his temperature in the evening it is showing as 103F, gave PCM again. My child also refuses to eat or drink anything now. Please advise.

I need help regarding my son he is six year old weighing 19.3 kg . From 1.3 year he always has mucus coming out of his nose and on/off cough. I visited every doctor possible in my town they always gave a antibiotic and cough syrup but there is no relief in symptoms, one doctor told for allergic rhinitis but IGE total test was negative (141.7 |U) and gave nasal sprays for 3 months but that too didn't worked. Now I am in a state of helplessness. As not even a single day in past 1.3 years he is free form nasal congestion and cough follows it. I need consultation if it is treatable or what is it? Please help me

My baby is one month old and demands continuous feeding after 15 mins in night, can i give soother to him

Does baby require neck control for roll over ? And if baby rolls over means he has neck control? ???

My Daughter has had a fever and high cough  for the past 3 days, gave P250, and cough syrup. Still she has a fever and she is not able to sleep due to cough. She is been admitted in hospital 4 times till now. She is getting fever every alternative month. Almost most of the test have been done, no any issue in that. Pls advise

Dear doctor sir/maam namaste.. My 2 year old baby girl has been suffering from constipation for 3 days, 3 days ago she cried and suffered a lot while passing stool. We have consulted a doctor through online consultation, he suggested LIVOLUK kid syrup(lactulose solution usp 10g/15ml) We gave 2 doses to the kid, after taking this syrup she passed stool which showed contents of mucous and blood stains. Yesterday also she was not able to pass the stool freely. Please give suggestions to this problem. Thanks🙏🏻
