My daughter caught cold on Monday with armpit temperature around 98 to 98.2 for 3days until thursday along with mild cough. From today morning temperature goes upto 101.5 in armpit. It's been 4hrs since I have given P250 4ml.  Can we give Meftal now? Pls suggest the dose? Age: 5 Weight: 13.6kg. Also pls let us the know the first 3days with temperature 98.2 is considered fever? Or we need to consider today as first day of fever? Can we start antibiotics?

From today morning temperature is at 102 in armpit. After 5hrs of p250, gave meftal 4ml. Age 5, weight: 13.6kg. pls let us know can we continue meftal or p250 now after 6hrs? Also pls let us know the first 3 days with temperature 98.3 are countable for fever or today with 102 is considered as first day of fever? Thanks

My son born on 14.08.2023 had undergone a regular ECHO at birth where the doctor found an ASD of 7 mm and a VSD of 4 mm. He is now 2 months 11 days old and all his behavioural patterns are normal. He is peeing and pooping normally. He is also breast- feeding normally. We would like to know: 1) What symptoms should we look out for, so as to prevent any emergency till such date where either the septal defects close on their own or close with surgery? 2) Does crying or any other physical activity, exacerbate the situation? Hi we suspect a bit of coconut oil went in my1.5 month  baby's eye while massaging. The  under eye is looking a bit puffed now and smaller than the other eye. What can we do?
