Child Health Issues

Today we gave her 6 weeks vaccine from near by govt hospital OPV, IPV, Penta, PCV and rota vaccine she wasn't crying intitally after 4 hrs she suddenly started crying continuously...tried feeding she is not taking ...tried ice pack and also warm compress ... no effect.she didn't get fever She is 4.6kg in weight and 46 days old as of 20/9/23 Let me know the solution and if she gets fever later on what is the recommended dosage of paracetamol should be given? Kindly suggest

Hi doc my daughter was born on 4/8/23 her birth weight was 3.1kg she is on direct breast feeding she passes toilet about 8-10 times a day and 2-3 times poop it looks like  mustard yellow seedy.Today she weighs about 4.5 kg she is 46 days old .she sleeps about 16-18hrs and feeds regularly 3-4 hrs once she sleeps peacefully with out much crying ..her tummy time is also going well ...is there any concern about her weight gain?or any issues in her growth development ? Kindly explain

Hello My son is 1 month old. He had phototherapy on day 10 and since then his bilirubin value is still 8.4. The value is not decreasing from 8.4 As per advise of Pediatrician, we had been giving him gardenal syrup for 5 days now. What can be done further. If the level of unconjugated bilirubin continues at 8.4, is it risky for him. His date of birth is 22 August and birth weight is 2.1 kg born at 36 weeks. Present weight is 2.6 kgs ... mostly breastfed .

My daughter 4 years old having low weight. She had viral fever last month but from today morning she has high fever 103. She is also feeling cooling sensation. Hi docters Please pour your suggestions. My kid is 2.3 years old.unfortunatly she swallows small pearls 10 days back(by that time she is having cold n cough).in nxt day she passed 2 beads in her stool n after 2 days she got fever n cevier cough so we went to hospital and taken chest x ray so doc identified she having pnemonia asked to use anti biotic for 5 days.those cough is minimal n no fever once we stopped using anti biotic again she got fever n cough too again docter suggested blood test n identified it's viral fever.Now my doubt is there any chance to get those swallowed pearl beads in my toddler body and how many days it will take to show symptoms if any peral left? Please pour your suggestions n help me.TIA Note:toddler is very active n eating well when there is no cough n fever

My baby girl is 2 month old and respond to loud noise and when she is on my lap or iam in front of her she make eye contact. But when I talk to her normally she doesn't respond to my voice. When she got discharge we did the hearing test and done eye check as well both are normal. She got awake with loud noise. But doesn't follow objects. She turn two today. Is this normal
