Hi doctor I given my child vaccine for one year after that i stopped giving vaccine now my daughter is 4 yrs old is it possible I can continue now I am feared what to do plz help because of sugggestions i missed now I am feared if anything happens in future

Dear Doctors, My baby is 4.5 months old. We got his hairs shaved yesterday. He got a small (tiny) cut on Head while Shaving. Though the blood stopped immediately after applying the ice stone on the cut. Need advice as to which ointment to be applied? Is T-bact advisable? Also, Can we apply coconut oil on the head?
